Hi i am looking to take on another member to join the team we are extremely busy all year round we have a portfolio of commercial clients aswell as large private residential clients

Previous Experiance is a must!
Good plant knowledge
Experience working with ground care machinery
Must be physically fit as work can be fast paced in the summer months
The jobs are a mix of large residential properties and commercial sites
Would be working on a self employed basis pay can be fortnightly or monthly which ever suits
Pay will depend on experience and if you have any tickets etc

Hi we Are looking for a local gardener looking for on going work we are extremely busy and have also just taken on a new portfolio of contracts so we are looking to take on another member to join the team

Its monday morning and what a beautiful day to be outside!!

first job of the day is repairing a fence after last mondays strong winds for one of my regular commercial clients at a school local to me 2x fence spurs fitted to secure 2 loose posts and a new slat that was damaged when the fence panel came loose
Both posts are now back level and solid 👍

Next job this afternoon is to repair some more fencing from a horse that likes to rub up against it and cause damage so first to repair the broken sections then running a new electric fence to keep him at bay 👌

This weekends task was giving these pyracantha some much needed tlc all fresh growth cut and a hight reduction and rear access alleys cut in the previous contractor was unable to cut the top leaving them to grow out of shape leaving the site looking untidy

We will now be maintaing this commercial site to keep it looking tidy and presentable like it should be

Wow what a transformation for my clients pond!! This pond was in need of some TLC it had been left for a good few years ...

Wow what a transformation for my clients pond!!

This pond was in need of some TLC it had been left for a good few years lots of dead rotting ball rushes and leaves sticks etc
Causing the pond to become unhealthy and not very pleasing to the eye

We stripped the pond back to start again all the new shoots have stated to come through so was perfectly timed

Next job will be to add a pond dye to keep the algae at bay but what a difference this has made!

We was Back at a regular client in mersham earlier in the week for a tidy up and the first grass cut of the year as it was getting long and untidy👍
Unfortunately the ground was far to wet for the usual formal stripes on the lawns so the commercial john deere mower saved the day! Designed to cut wet or dry grass it got the job done so its ready for formal stripes on the next visit.

Shrubs and plants dead headed and shaped the last of the leaves and fallen sticks collected

The beds are now ready to have a hard w**d, beds turned over and the formal edging re-done on the next visit in 4 weeks time 👍👍

Wow what a difference this treated landscaping bark has made to one of our regular clients garden!
Front and back formal beds was all prepped and the formal edging redone ready for the bark and the chip added this morning 👍

The only downside was the weather today but a bit of rain doesn’t stop the team getting the job done ✅
