It has been a long journey since 2023 when this scheme was first submitted to Ashford Borough Council's planning department but last week permission was finally granted.
This new detached four bedroom dwelling in Brabourne, near Ashford was certainly a challenge at times due to a number of historic planning refusals on the site and being within the Stour Catchment Area whereby nutrient neutrality needed to be achieved. Stour Valley Architecture dealt with all planning matters during this period and we are just pleased that the client who is local to the village can now finally start the construction phase and will soon be enjoying their new home.
