J&T Property Services Ltd is a family run business offering a wide range of services to our clients. Originally starting in 2011 as J&T Cleaning, we began by providing contract cleaning services to managing agents. As demand for other services grew we soon realised we had to diversify, in doing so offering our clients a one-stop solution for their needs. As we grew we became a limited company and

registered for VAT. Currently our list of services includes, but is not limited to;

• Cleaning
Regular cleaning of communal areas. Window Cleaning. Carpet Cleaning. Void Clearances/Cleans. Builders Cleans. Beginning/End of tenancy Cleans. Gutter Cleaning. Jet washing. Duct Cleaning.

• Grounds Maintenance
Regular garden maintenance. Garden clearances. Improvement works.

• Other
Bulk Waste removal (we are a licensed waste carrier). Handyman works. Got an unusual cleaning job? We are trained by the National Academy of Crime Scene Cleaners. As such we can deal with blood spills, decomposition cleans, needle picks etc., all of the horrible stuff people don’t want to deal with. Got Norovirus infection? We can deal with viruses such as this quickly and effectively with NHS grade products. We are an ambitious company who look to provide a good quality service at a reasonable price. Finally, for your peace of mind, we are fully insured and are accredited by SafeContractor to ensure we adhere to current H&S regulations.

Such a pity some of the estate is "maintained" by the council, they were on site at the same time as us and the second picture is of their handy work :-(

Some great feedback from residents at a site we took over a few months ago. You normally only hear about the complaints so it's always nice to get a pat on the back ;-)
