Are you Ashford-based with a can-do attitude and a full UK driving license? We're looking for a Lettings Property Manager to join us part-time (10 hrs/wk) on a self-employed basis.

Responsibilities:
🔶 Legal property compliance
🔶 Tenant viewings
🔶 Weekly inspections
🔶 Tenants check-ins & check-outs
🔶 Inventories
🔶 Some emergency call-outs
🔶 Liaison with tenants, contractors

Skills/Qualifications:
🔶 Baseed in Ashford, Kent
🔶 Full UK driving license
🔶 Proactive & positive
🔶 Property experience a plus
🔶 Independent & adaptable
🔶 Attention to detail
🔶 Excellent phone & face-to-face communication
