Progress today on our Ashtead project 🔨

Timber stud walls going up and getting everything ready for the electricians arriving Monday. Lots of noggings to go in today!

Next steps: first fix in the bathrooms and starting plasterboarding in the bedrooms. The project is really starting to take shape now.

It’s been one of the wettest starts to the year we can remember 🌧️ but we’ve finally had a break in the rain and the bricklayers have smashed it!

Timber delivery this morning from Now it’s over to us to get the roof pitched and get this one in the dry 🙌

All we need now is a solid week of dry weather to get us over the line 🤞☀️
