Removal of blown plaster over original artex walls, due to poor preparation/ sealant

All walls were stabilised and then yellow gritted and plastering mesh was applied in the first base coat and then a further X2 costs for the finish coats 🤝

X7 Daytona finished oak doors in walkden ⚒️

⭐ Note ⭐ thank you very much to the young chap who helped me carry all the doors up 3 blocks of flat stairs , very much appreciated ♥️

✅ 15m of MDF pencil round skirting boards fitted to a bedroom I plastered the previous week 💪

What's a busy week on the trowel, 3 jobs done✅

✅Platt bridge , kitchen space , floated & skimmed and patched ready for tiling.

✅ Lowton , full bedroom re-skimmed with plenty of bonding work needed.

✅ Ashton in makerfield, 3/4 of the bedroom hacked off and boarded also over boarded ceiling and then full re-skim throughout the room.

Living room improvement

Job completed yesterday in golborne ✅

The customer wanted to modify their living room with X2 storage units in each alcove, X2 hand made MDF cabinets with a laminate oak worktop and X2 floating shelves in each alcove.

Also X2 new internal doors to finish the living off 👍

Also ....even all fully sanded throughout, wood filled and cleaned and sealed , ready for the decorator 🤝

X2 jobs completed over the last couple of days

✅ Golborne, living room improvement, old fire place removed and blocked up and one alcove modified with two floating shelves, along with X1 fresh skirting board⚒️, all ready for the customers corner furniture.

✅ Atherton, full box bedroom re-skimmed , false ceiling installed, X2 walls scratch coated due to blown/ loose plaster , fully re-skimed throughout and on the joinery side , X2 lengths of ogee skirting and architrave fitted, all ready for the bedroom fitters 👍

Job completed, tyldesley ✅

The customer had , damp , moisture and ventilation issues throughout the property, causing a mixture of damp textures.

Damp proofing system installed involving, DPC cream/ tubes injection, K11 slurry Paint x6 course high, membrane all in living room, hall and partly on the stairs.

Along with two fan installations, one being a positive input ventilation unit and the other Dmev fan , thank you too JT electrical for the assistance.

Then joinery works to finish off the job through various areas , skirting boards architraves ect ⚒️

Home improvement, Job completion ✅

So brief description, various jobs completed throughout the property, the customer disliked his radiator pipes surface mounted along the bottom of his skirting boards, new skirting boards and patch plastering

✅ Converted all the pipes to 10mm plastic, and hidden them behind the new skirting boards, upwards and loop effect, MDF 6" tourus. Making this easier for future reference when wanting to decorate.....no plumber needed to take radiators on /off 😎

✅ 52m of 1" pvc trim around all the windows

✅ New coving installed in master bedroom along with abit of patch plastering
