The render on this beautiful countryside property was a bit tired and faded, the client was looking to upgrade with a nice modern, maintenance free finish, and that is what we have provided for them.

This Silicone render system has been installed in the colour Ash White and it compliments the new windows and surrounding brickwork perfectly.

It has been spray applied for a flawless finish and will look this way for many years to come 🤩

Bedroom rip out and refresh !! All blown plaster was removed, fireplace taken out and blocked up, then all replastered with timber skirtings fitted.

Also carried out a repair on Wendover church to stop a leak and now jumped on a lovely Silicone render project out in the countryside.

Been ploughing through loads of plastering in the last few weeks, just when the good weather has turned up !!! Got a few external projects on the go too though so still getting some sun 🌞.

Difficult access on this ceiling today but we still get the job done to our usual standards, on time, clean & tidy as always 👍🏻

A lovely old flint & brick cottage that was suffering with cold rooms and condensation issues, the client got in contact with us to see if there was anything we could do without impacting the room size too much, Spraycork was the perfect solution for this project. We installed Spraycork to the walls giving them a seamless insulation layer therefore retaining the warmth and raising the surface temp of the wall. Plastered to a finish ready for decorating.

Top of a gable that was cracked and was letting water in due to not enough of a drip detail, we rendered the bottom to create a sufficient drip and then sprayed the top with three coats of Spraycork. This will eliminate the water ingress and it will never have any cracking issues again due the flexibility of the cork ✅

This small gable which was a mixture of soft brick and flint had a thick coat of cracked cement render on which had been trapping moisture for years. We removed it all and replaced it with a traditional lime render so it can dry out move with the property now. Small changes for big differences.
