Today we installed new loft boards in stilts to provide safe storage for our client and better use of the space.
We also relocated their dishwasher and core drilled a new vent into the kitchen wall so that they could have their tumble dryer in the kitchen also.

Small Bathroom upgrade this week. Floor and wall tiles removed, plastered by East Point Plastering to prepare walls. New floor and wall tiles installed, new towel radiator, new vanity sink, wall hung vanity cupboard, and new back to the wall Pan and Closed Cistern unit.

Today we carried out a shed repair and repaint. Replacing all rotten timbers and reflting the roof.
Also installation of additional concrete gravel boards to the fence with panels being cut down due to water sitting in a channel behind the fence. Each gravel board having drainage holes in to allow standing water to drain through onto the soil.
