Hi everyone! After a few months of travelling, we’re back and ready to get stuck into new projects.

I thought I’d share one of the last jobs we completed before heading away — a great transformation with a real open-plan feel.

🔨 Full internal door upgrade throughout
🔪 Brand new kitchen installation
🌿 Light oak laminate flooring running seamlessly from the hallway, through the living room, and into the kitchen

We also created a new opening between the living area and kitchen, making the whole space feel brighter, bigger, and more connected.

Property transformation in Ayr🌊

We stripped this place back!

• New kitchen

• New Doors

• Light oak laminate Flooring

•Kept 2 original Glazed doors which got new ironmongery and painted black for a modern Look.

•Formed an opening to connect the living area to kitchen creating so much more light and the feel of a bigger kitchen. With the option to close the space off with great big sliding barn doors.

Worked with McLeod Builders who did a great job of the slap out and installation of steel lintel.

New fence is 6 foot high and built with high quality treated timber.

Bedroom transformation in Ayr this week!

Ceiling lowered to hide old loft access, cables & pipes boxed in, plasterboarded and plastered.

To finish off, some decorative acoustic panelling in a dark oak.

All done to customers specification with all materials supplied! ✅

A Premium loft oak laminate from howdens fitted last week completed with beading to match.

We ran the floor continuously throughout the hall into the kitchen for a seamless look.

Howdens supply a great range of flooring which we can supply.
