We’re Hiring! – Accounts & Operations Administrator (Part-Time, 12-Month Maternity Cover)

Location: Baldock (office-based)
Hours: 20 per week, flexible start and finish times
Contract: 12 months maternity cover, with potential for ongoing employment

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Accounts & Operations Administrator to support the smooth running of our business. This varied role combines financial administration with general office and operational support.

You’ll be involved in managing suppliers, office services, and company compliance, as well as assisting with bookkeeping and payroll processes. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in accuracy and organisation.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in administration, operations, or accounts
Good knowledge of bookkeeping and Microsoft Office (QuickBooks a bonus)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
