This traditional dwelling recently completed is situated in a mature site overlooking the Glens of Antrim. This dwelling has amazing panoramic views over the glens and the Sperrins to the south. Planning approval was gained through replacing a former dwelling.

Building Control Approval for Rear extension approved this week by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council. Client contacted us 2 weeks before Christmas seeking approvals for rear bedroom extension. Planning approval was gained on 3rd Feb. Because of client urgency Planning and Building control applications over lapped.

New Dwelling & Garage situated in the Mid Ulster area. This Dwelling & Garage was assessed and gained Planning approval under PPS 21 CTY 10 Dwelling on the Farm.
