Full kitchen and dinning room refurb ✅✅✅
The clients wanted an inviting space , modern and to use up such a large area to make it more practical, I think we nailed it 😉✅
The kitchen got a full overhaul and more , better layout , more useable and even added the soffit with 7” crown around the perimeter of the kitchen to give it just the added finishing touch 😊😉👍👏👌✅
This job got a lot of attention and as you can see , we didn’t disappoint 💯 😊

Front porch steps ✅✅✅
This one is on my own home and after looking at lots of different styles and finishes , well I think the granite treads was the only way to go and finishing off with the Irish heritage stone veneer on the risers def brought it all together well .

Island live edge countertop 😍👌

The countertop is a 3” thick slab of salted beech and at 8’4” long and 4’ at the widest point , it’s a big one .

The slab was sourced to suit the island exactly .
Then to give it a some character I filled any voids , knots and grain with the same Farrow & Ball paint that the kitchen had been finished in .

Once that was completed , I sanded and prepped all the areas and filled with a 2 part expoxy resin before going over the entire slab with another coat of expoxy resin to create a beautiful seamless finish 😍😍😍👌

PS wee Ryan decided it needed some character and added his own little touch to it , as you’ll see in pics 😃😜👌

Interior of porch / hallway

The hallway before was , small , dark and needed an overhaul and design that would give it the woooowwwww factor and that it did 😱👍👏😜😃👌

The hallway got 600x600 polished floor tiles , all new plastering thru out , new skirtings , trim and 7” crown moulding , hanging polished chrome chandler and then a LED strip lighting to give it the finishing touch .

The vaulted ceiling and gaining 2.5m in length by adding the porch I think all in , turned out better than planned .

The Points Belfast fitout

Just completed bar fitout for The points in Belfast .

The bar has now doubled its capacity and turned out unreal .

It had opened last nite and just in time for st Patrick’s weekend .

Kitchen remodel
Recently completed from start to finish.
The kitchen was originally a good size, but back room/playroom was never used, wanting to make the kitchen the main room or hangout for family and friends visiting, extending it was the perfect opportunity to do just that.
This created a full overhaul and adding to the layout and design ideas it resulted in the project turning out flawless.

Recent conservatory remodel 🔨
The client was never able to use this room as it was cold and drafty .
The timber frames where badly rotted and glass was misty .
The new porch received a full make over to ensure this would not be the case again .
The new steel columns added
The new concrete sils
The cream on white pvc windows with tempered triple glazing .
Then new soffits , fasciae and guttering .
The job turned out amazing and the owners are over the moon with the new improved room .
