Recent job completed ✅

There’s a-lot of unseen work in this one including shuttering of a wall to prevent ground movement over neighbouring property.

Client request was a “useable space”, end result:

🔺Maintenance free garden;
🔺Patio area (historic flags with a silver sienna border);
🔺Accessible hidden bin storage area

…in summary a tasteful outdoor upgrade for our happy clients! Job done!

Our diary is filling up for early next year folks so if you have plans to improve or revamp the gardens for spring/summer 2023, get in touch now!

JMA thoroughly enjoyed seeing this project through to completion- taking an unused space and transforming it into a family friendly garden/outdoor area!

Short synopsis of what the job involved:

🌟160 tonne of clay removed;

🌟Garden drained;

🌟 Bespoke bin store erected to house new oil burner and tank;

🌟Base installed for new shed;

🌟 New boundary fence erected;

🌟 New paved entertainment area installed (using terra pave alongside long-stone mix);

🌟 Garden re-soiled and turfed.

Swipe right for an amazing before and after transformation 👉🏽

The clients main goals on this project were:
(i) connect the various garden areas surrounding the property so they appear as “one” and;
(ii) maximise functional space whilst also incorporating bedding areas (which the client will plant post completion of project).

Goals smashed = happy clients ✅

New toy to the collection 😁

JMA Ground Works putting their Avant straight out to work getting ready for reopening of Rosepark Farm Ballymoney on a lovely sunny afternoon hopefully a sign of a good summer coming and some sort of normality for kids at this great fun park

A project a little closer to home.

Like all tradesmen, JMA were hustled hard to make time for this project- being their own house.

We hope you will agree from the pictures that it should have bought us a “bit of time” before anymore “homers” are asked of us.

2021 has already (thankfully) been an extremely busy year for JMA, whilst also leaving limited availability for clients of summer 2021.

We held back on posting the pictures on this one until the new lawn had matured and we could capture every aspect of the transformation in all its glory!!

Run down of a recent job by JMA:

✅ Horizontal fencing with Rathlin panels;
✅ Removal of existing patio;
✅ preparation and levelling of ground;
✅ Step created with Milestone and Rimini Ground flags;
✅ Patio was completed with a blend of both Fiammata and Frassino Longstone;
✅ Raised walled flower bed area completed with Basalt Kamden wall segments with copings.

A beautiful, low maintenance transformation for these lovely customers ready for enjoying.
