New project underway y Prestige Paint in Morton Pinkney and things are moving nicely ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป

The walls have been freshly lime plastered by Four Shires Plastering & Rendering LTD and are currently drying out, ready for the next stages.

In the meantime, weโ€™ve got full prep underway on all woodwork and ceilings, making sure everything is brought up to the standard we expect before any finishes go on.

With lime plaster itโ€™s all about patience and doing things properly, so weโ€™re giving it the time it needs while pushing on elsewhere to keep the project moving.

Looking forward to bringing this one to life once everything is ready ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

Stay tuned for the progress ๐Ÿ‘€

Sometimes itโ€™s the combination of colours and finishes that truly brings a space together.

The warm tones in this room work beautifully against the deep black elements, creating a rich contrast that feels both modern and timeless. The depth of the darker features paired with the softer, warmer shades really allows every detail to stand out and gives the whole space a calm but striking feel.

Itโ€™s always great to see how the right colour choices can completely elevate a room and bring everything into balance.

Another lovely little transformation completed by the Prestige Paint team.

This utility room has been completely refreshed from top to bottom. We prepared and painted the ceiling, walls and all woodwork to give the space a clean, sharp finish while also bringing the existing kitchen worktop back to life by sanding it right back and re-oiling it with Osmo for a beautiful natural look.

All utility cupboards were carefully prepared and finished, sockets, fans and ironmongery were thoroughly cleaned, and we installed these beautiful new brass handles which really elevate the space and add a touch of elegance.

For this project we used Benjamin Moore Aura Matt on the walls, Perfect Matt with Damp Adaptive on the ceiling, and Benjamin Moore Scuff-X Satinwood on all woodwork to ensure a durable and high quality finish.

It is always the small details that make the biggest difference and we are delighted with how this one has turned out. Another happy client and another space brought back to life.

A few snaps from The Old Vicarage, a beautiful property we had the privilege of restoring and decorating. Projects like this remind us why we love what we do. Attention to detail, quality preparation and a team that genuinely cares about the final finish.

This one was a real team effort and the results speak for themselves. Always grateful to work on such incredible properties and with great clients.

There is something incredibly satisfying about bringing natural materials back to life.

On this project we carefully sanded back an oak worktop, solid oak table and a piece of oak furniture that had sadly seen years of sun bleaching, ageing and general wear and tear. Over time the UV exposure had washed out the natural tone of the timber and surface marks had dulled what was once a beautiful feature within the home.

By taking everything right back to bare wood through a full sanding process, we were able to remove the tired top layers and reveal the true oak beneath. The difference is night and day. You can now clearly see the natural grain running through the timber exactly as it was meant to be seen.

No more patchy, faded finish. Just clean, rich oak restored back to its original state ready to be protected and enjoyed for years to come.

Do you have a worktop, table or piece of furniture that needs a new lease of life?

Prestige Paint recently had the pleasure of sanding, preparing and painting this newly installed panelling, along with the skirting boards and architraves for one of our clients.

The walls are being completed separately by the client, however we are really pleased with how clean and sharp the woodwork has come out so far.

Attention to preparation is always key when it comes to achieving a flawless finish and this is a great example of how effective the final result can be when the groundwork is done correctly.

We look forward to seeing the final touches come together once the walls have been completed.

These shades create calm, depth and timeless elegance, working beautifully with natural light, textures and considered furnishings. Whether itโ€™s soft neutrals, warm earth tones or deeper statement colours, each one has been chosen to elevate a space rather than overpower it.

At Prestige Paint we work closely with clients and designers to help guide colour selection, finishes and products so the end result not only looks beautiful on day one but stands the test of time.

If youโ€™re planning a refresh or full transformation and want guidance on colours that truly work, weโ€™re always happy to help.

Dark, cosy, and completely intentional.

This snug was designed as a space to truly switch off. A place for movies, soft lighting, and relaxed evenings. The deep plum tone brings warmth and depth, creating a cocooning atmosphere that feels inviting rather than overpowering.

When paired with lamps and subtle lighting, darker colours like this come alive, adding character, comfort, and a real sense of luxury.

Proof that going dark can be both bold and beautifully cosy.

Would you choose a colour like this for your snug? ๐Ÿท๐ŸŽฌ
