Neat little job this one. Scanpole Creosote timber. Tornado R8/80/22 sheep safe net with a hot wire on top. Utilising Strainrire Mega claw insulators to get the best out of your electric fencing unit. Underground tie backs installed on turner's to save having intrusive traditional stays in to a high traffic area.

The old post about an Old Post. Year after year the Mighty Post stood true and tall. Through wind and rain and endless storms. Pulled and strained from all directions, always looking strong - a practiced deception. For underneath day by day the earth was shifting and giving way, leaving nothing for support, the post was fast falling short.
The rusty old wire kept gaining strength and all the while the the wood containing it’s own decay. Next time the wind and rain and endless storms pass it’s way, the Mighty Post just might have its last day. Practiced perception has a price to pay.
Don’t be like the post!
It’s not weak to ask for support when you’re going through a storm.

Skyhook helicopters in action.

Today we had the assistance of Skyhook helicopters to transport 8000mtrs of materials out to a remote worksite in the Perthshire hills.

This is not only more cost effective than running materials out with offroad vehicles but cuts down drastically any damage to the landscape that would be caused by running back and forth across the moorland in order to get materials to the fenceline.

Many thanks to the Skyhook Ops, Deck Crew & Pilot for a proffesional & efficient service from start to finish. And thank you to the estate gamekeepers for there assistance throughout today's operation. Another fantastic contract thanks to the investment from a Sporting Estate.
