Storm Amy's Arrival at Longmanhill

Acrylic on Stretched canvas
60x45 cm with 3cm deep painted edge

Done mostly with palette knives which forces simplified shapes and less blending.

My second Aberdeenshire landscape.

Attic Clear Out Find No. 4
Painted in Dublin in a 1984 when I was 17
Some scene probably from a magazine
Chalk pastels on pastel paper
Actual Size of outer frame 12.5x11 inches
I clearly remember doing this on the small folding table I used for doing homework in the sitting room.
Was hard to photograph with the glass front picking up all the reflected light.

The Eagle eyed will spot I signed it with my family name McGarry but now I go by the surname Flynn for my new Artist Persona
