Advanced Ash Die Back and picnics don't mix well. The team has been working through a woodland boundary that overlooks a popular recreational area reducing the risk to the user groups passing beneath.

We've been invited to improve the views of the reed beds at Conwy so as visitors explore the reserve they can see more of the habitat enjoyed by the reed dwelling species. It's a great local resource so get along and support the volunteers to carry on improving the area for future generations to enjoy.

Coastal tree work in North Wales on days like these always seem special. The tree in these photographic samples was truly grand in every way. Nice to be up such an iconic species.

Removal of a tall Spruce in a local village. Originally scheduled to be done before Christmas, however high winds on the day meant it got put into the 2026 calendar. Sometimes accepting defeat can pay off, like today and being rewarded with a text book weather window.

This veteran Sycamore was dismantled recently, partly to accommodate a new entrance for a development, mostly because it was hollow and adorned with multiple fruiting bodies. Full bat inspection was undertaken before works went ahead. A fine example of an old-fashioned agri staple was unearthed during the back cut ......goodbye chain, you were one of the best 😪🫡

St Mary's, St Benedicts, and St Agnes Church yards in Conwy have had medium and high-risk arb report recommendations ironed out. Impressive specimen trees, in an iconic fortified coastal town, plenty to savour for the career arborist on this project. It always adds an air of dread working over so many historic and irreplaceable headstones. Pressure cooker vibes!
There has been a team of volunteers steadily uncovering the area around St Agnes after 60 years of natural rewilding, well worth a stroll around (superb wildlife/tree diversity to enjoy)

We specialise in operating within challenging sites with tricky access......get in touch if you have any challenges for us 💥
