Covid 19 - Unfortunately we have had to make the hard decision to close during this time.

We have engineers with underlying health issues and vulnerable and high risk family members at home and their health and our customers health is more important.

We will be cancelling all non-essential work/services from today, however we will do our best to help our customers who find themselves without heat or hot water.

Please stay safe everyone and we will hopefully be back to normal in a few weeks time.

It was such a privilege to have been part of DIY SOS over the last few weeks, met an incredible bunch of people and got to help a lovely family. An experience I will never forget!!

*If your boiler has stopped working this morning*

The condensate pipe from your boiler may have frozen, you can pour hot (NOT BOILING) water over the pipe that is going outside to the drain/gulley from your boiler to thaw it out and get your boiler working again quickly.

We have had a very high number of calls already and would urge you to try this first to see if it helps.
