The Practice is located in 19th Century Cottages in the picturesque County Down village of Crawfordsburn, 15 minutes from the centre of Belfast.

It was established on the 1st January 1989 and has worked throughout Ireland, London and South West England on a wide variety of commercial, industrial, leisure and residential projects. The Practice works closely with it's clients and consultants on every scheme, no matter the size, endeavouring to provide efficient and cost effective, yet imaginative solutions, in a professional manner throughou

t the Province and beyond, using the latest Information Technology. Our practice became a limited company in April 2005.As a result of this we have restructured the management of the practice whereby we have Alan Cook who is the Managing Director and also 2 Directors, Mark Allen and Tim Cook. The Practice is in its 28th year since inception in 1989. We would like to thank all of our past and present clients and consultants for their support over the last 28 years.

One of our extensions in Bangor West. We demolished a poorly insulated conservatory and replaced it with a fully insulated sunroom along with adjoining utility room. Work progressing well on site and already you can see a massive improvement to the existing dwelling
