Typical 1990s dormer; there was only thin insulation in the sides, which was doing nothing. We stripped off external timber to enable fitting super foil insulation, which is the equivalent of 75mm PIR (kingspan type insulation).
Fitted all new timber facia and soffits as well as new new guttering.

We were asked to have a look at this roof due to a lot of minor leaks, we stripped the roof. We fitted heavy duty membrane, 'easy slates' under each slate which allow for a pitch down to 10°; although this is 15°. We also fitted slate and halves around velux and gables.
