🤩🤩You little stunner !🤩🤩 Beautiful little cloakroom finished a while back . Pattern floor along with the brick effect tiles matching in with the decor elsewhere in the house giving this room the WOW effect 💥🫶👀. Freshly plastered ceiling and the blue walls matching the floor tiles perfectly 💎. Simple , elegant and timeless 😍

Time for a tiny room . Bath out and shower in for this one 🛁🔨🪚. A very heavily used 5 person bathroom this one so it was out with the old grey tiles and fully tanked and prepped and in with the new Dazzle gris tiles . 🤩 A little jig with the positions to open the room a bit space wise and a few quality upgrades left this room looking super, clean , crisp and modern . Customers wish and we replaced the pvc ceiling with new also along with led lighting . 🚚

They say only 2% of the worlds population have green 🟢eyes( I know as I’m one ) . I’d say it’s the same for green tiles but boy do they look good ✅. Feature wall setting this room off superbly with a bit of life in the tiles ✳️🈯️💹❇️complemented by the brushed brass fittings 🔆🔱and freestanding tub🛀🛁🐣. Luxury walk in shower with the rain head 🤩🫶. Can somebody call the police 👮‍♂️as this bathroom looks out of this world 🌎✨

Well it’s been a while but not a wonder 🤪. Undoing 60 years of work here . 🛠️From floor joist repair to ceiling replace , hotpress removal and adjacent cloakroom removal , doors blocked up to hallway refinishing. 😅This one got it all 😳. Preparation is key they say 👍, they’re right . No five day bathroom makeovers here🙄. Tiles set out correctly , all lined through the room , floor dry cut and levelled by laser throughout 🧐. Proper install the way it should be 🤩🤩. Clean , simple , modern and effective . Just the bathroom for a 78 year old pensioner . 😍
Forget the cowboys, the handymen , your grannies uncles sister’s husband and just get the professionals in. Lifetime job well deserved .

A hint of blue 💙, yes please. Clean , fresh and modern with these lovely blue terrazzo 🔹effect tiles 🆒giving a feature floor and wall to this small but perfect bathroom . 💎 Matching blue vanity unit to pull the colour out of the tiles finished of with the anthracite rad for the darker sections 🆗. Comfort height toilet 🚾 , stir in some magic 🥣 and Voila!

Need an upstairs shower room 🚾? No worries we’re on it 🛠🪚🪓. Large bedroom sectioned off to make this stunning room 🤩 . New velux window✅new loft ladder and position ✅. New doorway cut in from landing 🆗✅. Complete new waste and plumbing system installed from the eaves behind to incorporate wall hung toilet and fed from new unvented hot water cylinder ✅. Bedroom plastered and left as if it was always there😎. A little picture heavy but worth the look to see what’s achievable with a little thought. Finished with the gunmetal profiles , tap and niche this room turned out beautifully ❤️

Looking for a new bathroom ? Check out this lovely warm and inviting shower room just finished before Christmas 🤩. Wood panel effect feature tiles 😍, brushed brass taps, shower , profile etc 😎. Originally two rooms which had been converted to one then we removed the boiler and hotpress and opened it up into one room . 🛠🪚🪓 . Proper industry standard prep work as usual along with lowering ceiling and levelling the two floors to leave a lifetime job . Beautiful oak finishes in keeping with the decor elsewhere 🤩.

WOW! 🤩 Hard to photograph these in the best light but these tiles really stand out . 🤩 Out with the old green 🥸and in with the new warmth 😍. Brushed brass you say ? Yes please ✅ But I like my whirlpool bath , no problem have another 🛁😎 You don’t want bath taps ? Fill it through the overflow 🛀 But I need storage 🛠🪚Floor standing vanity and led mirror cabinet it is👍. Can I fit in a walk in shower as well ? 🧐😅Yes! 😍Will my radiator match ? 💰✅ Are we done ? No !🤣Fresh ceiling ✅ Inline extraction✅ Led lighting ✅ All prepared to the usual industry standards.

The follow up of the straw wall episode😱 😳. Walls removed and built again properly this time 👍, insulated , plastered and you’d never know we’d been there😎. Usual industry standard prep work ✅, large format 60cm x120cm tiles🤩 , large walk in shower with pivot door 😍, ceiling plastered and fitted with led lighting and inline extraction fan 💥.
