A nice little barbecue creation myself and a colleague built out of a pile of stone, that should've been thrown away, every piece hand dressed 👌👌

This was a little job for my neighbour, the dividing brick wall which separated my neighbours yards was completely failing and becoming dangerous. We took it down, cleaned and prepared for new double skin 4" block wall,
We rebuilt it , put new concrete coppings on then freshly rendered the new wall. Both neighbours were very happy with the work completed ✔️

Tight dig out prep for flags

This job was a total revamp of a neighbours backyard.
We took down a very brittle brick wall and all the old concrete flooring, which was in a severe state. We replaced the old pot soil pipe connections and pot foul drains with new plastic pipes and fittings. Re-built the front wall, all the walls on the shed and backyard areas were repaired and rendered.
The backyard flooring was flagged and pointed leaving a nice fresh and clean backyard which my neighbour was over the moon with!

These are the new flags I installed for my disabled neighbour so she could literally step out from her kitchen to the outside with minimal discomfort to her knees and hips.
I raised the height to the same height as their kitchen floor. I installed a damp proof course upstanding fixed to the kitchen and house walls. The flags are laid on brick rails with access for any condensation to escape into a channel to the sink gullies. My neighbours were very happy. Which makes the work very satisfying

These are the new steps and railings I built for my disabled neighbour, I reduced the heights of the steps so my neighbour was able to step down whilst holding on to her new railings. She has step down going backwards due to severe knee pain. It was so nice to see her able to get out of the house to tend to her plant pots 😁
