Hi guys, if your lawn is looking tired and full of weeds, it may just need a helping hand by applying a granular fertiliser to encourage growth and to green it up. And for those pesky weeds you’ve tried hard to get rid of, probably by cutting your lawns too short, a selective weedkiller will do the trick. If you think your lawn could do with a little encouragement, don’t be afraid to contact me through this handy page. I don’t bite. In the meantime, remember to water the lawn if it looks parched but only first thing in the morning or late in the evening. If your on a water meter or don’t like wasting water, then during a dry spell or prolonged period of increased warm weather, only cut the lawns if it absolutely needs it and leave the length as much as an inch and a half to two inches. Grass is very resilient. It will recover. Any questions, I’ll be happy to answer.
