This property was suffering from Rising damp. We have removed the plaster to 1m in height, installed membrane, plasterboarded and skimmed. The job was left immaculately clean and will be guaranteed for 20 years.

Wow!! Some companies should stay clear of Damp proofing. We have been asked to Damp Proof this gable wall. When taking the original plaster off, the company before has installed Floor Membrane, then attached the plasterboards by drilling through the boards to fix to the walls. Outside the ground levels are approx 1m above DPC level. We slurried the bottom above the ground level using Dryzone Tanking slurry, followed by Dryzone Damp Resistant plaster and to overkill the wall attached Cavity Wall Membrane attched by using Drybase adhesive so we are not drilling into the brickwork below ground level. The walls have then been plasterboarded and skimmed.
Another top job boys 👌Just awaiting the Humidity fan to be fitted.

We have previously installed Insulated plasterboards to the Dining room to this property and weathersealed the Dining room external wall. Walls suffering sand cement rendered walls which create cold walls and Condensation. We have installed Cavity Drain Membrane installed along with insulated plasterboards.
