Wow the latest planning fee price increase. An housholder planning application has gone up from £328 to £613, that is a staggering 87% increase.

Tomorrow the planning prices increase by 25%. Also the system where you get a free go is being abolished looks like the government is really getting desperate for cash.

Planning fees are set to rise 20%. The government is in the final stages of implementing a 20% rise accross the board on all planning fees. This may seem a large rise but it has been at the existing fees for a good few years now. No date has been announced yet but I'm tipping April as the probable date for the increase.
