🌿 Garden Clearance Completed by Fresh Start

We’ve recently completed a garden clearance on a piece of land next to the World War I & World War II War Memorial in Landkey, North Devon.

The work involved:
✂️ Strimming and mowing

🌿 Removing overgrown brambles and ivy

🌳 Pruning back vegetation

🧹 Clearing and tidying the area

We’re really pleased with the outcome. The area has been transformed from being heavily overgrown into a much cleaner, tidier and more respectful space alongside the memorial.

It was particularly important to us to carry out the work carefully and respectfully, helping to ensure the surrounding area is well maintained and reflects the importance of the memorial and those it commemorates.

A great transformation and another job we're very proud to have completed. 🇬🇧

🌿 40 Metre Hedge Removal Completed!

Another challenging hedge removal job recently completed by the team!

This hedge was approximately 40 metres long and 9ft high, making it a substantial job from start to finish.

The work involved:

🔹 Complete removal of the existing hedge

🔹 Cutting and processing a large volume of green waste

🔹 Using our wood chipper to efficiently process the larger material

🔹 Removal of an old metal fence

🔹 Removal of numerous concrete fence posts

🔹 Full clearance and tidy-up of the area

With the hedge growing around and through the old fencing and concrete posts, careful removal was required to ensure the area was cleared efficiently and safely.
Another big transformation completed by the team, leaving the area clear and ready for its next stage. 💪🌳

A BIG THANK YOU!

A huge thank you to Martina Bryant for the card and beers it’s very much appreciated! 🍺😊

Over the summer holidays, we applied to the council for a Young Person’s Work Permit so that Harry, who previously completed work experience with us, could join the team and earn some money during his school holidays.

We’re pleased to say the application was accepted, giving Harry the opportunity to gain even more hands-on experience while working alongside the team. 🌿💪

Harry has really enjoyed his time with us, getting involved with the day-to-day work and continuing to develop his skills and confidence.
It’s been great to see him getting stuck in, learning new things and gaining valuable experience in the industry.

We’re proud to have been able to give him the opportunity! 👏
