Latest project completed. A returning client asked me to renovate this flat. Old kitchen replaced after installing acoustic insulation and board to reduce noise into the next flat. New flooring laid in the bathroom and kitchen, all rooms painted. All work done by me except laying the new carpets.

Having worked for this client on their main house on and off for four years, they asked me to tidy up these barns. We had to completely renew all the timbers on the small barn. The job was made easier by both barns having scaffolding around installed by AR scaffolding

Leaving for a month then the clients have asked us to return to build a patio, retaining walls and steps.

So we are in our 4th week on this project. Garage taken down. Footings all dug and drainage renewed. Chimney removed and roof repaired. Moving indoors next to prep for removing the entire back of the house to install steel work. Concrete pumped in today by Aaron Rundle.
