Early morn workout! Getting ready for the big 50 and my wedding in the Dominican in November. Been training solid for a month now. Lost a stone in fat and put on some muscle mass. Finding it easy tbh. Just no chocolate, dairy or s**t. Plenty of water. I dont wanna be the size i was before when i trained, just healthier and happy for my big day with all my family. 5 am is the best time to train , get it all done and then off to work.
