🏡 What’s hiding behind a Cotswolds façade?
On the surface, it’s a charming Grade II listed burgage property.

But when plans for “small” changes came forward, we discovered the story ran much deeper…

🔎 Hamilton-Grey Heritage was brought in to assess the heritage impact.
