Another full house recently completed in anthracite!

All windows complete with new internal cappit sills.

Some building alterations made included..

Remove brickwork to side of existing front door to make opening wider. Move new door across and also change opening direction to gain maximum hallway space for client.

Change 2 concrete lintels above existing kitchen window, remove window and brickwork below and install new french doors.

Block up kitchen door and install new window to create new wall for kitchen sink to be re positioned.

Beautiful sliding sash windows with astrical bars installed here to make this property stand out from the crowd! 🪟 🎆

These are more expensive than the 'mock' sash replicas but you get what you pay for. These are stunning! 🤩

A window to french doors (brick removal)

French doors in Agate Grey 💥 (render needs painting to blend in around doors!)

Usually door openings are created below an existing window so we just remove the bricks below.

This job needed new lintels installing with a cavity tray and weep vents, as well as the brick removal.

Creating a full new opening all together.

We also plasterboarded the full room ready for skimming!

The main work is in the installation of the new bay window and the fibre glass roof replacement above, but I'm starting this post of with a shot of the internal cappit sill mitre 👌seamless 🔥

Here we have a 3 section bay window with astrical bars, old roof removed and replaced with new insulated fibre glass roof complete with fascia and guttering.

🧱 We have just called back to install the composite door and finish a porch we built for our client before Christmas 🧱

Now the composite door, fanlight and side screens are fitted, its fair to say it look amazing 👏
