Full project completed today!
House had been suffering from damp issues for along time. Roof was knackered and that was one of the reasons but has now been replaced.
Down stairs floor joist had to be replaced as the joists were free standing on looses bricks.
Damp course completed downstairs.
upstairs plaster was knock off and off and dry lined.
Lintels had to be put in so downstairs as there actually wasn’t anything holding the weight above.
Full house re-skimmed.
Outside the back has been re-pointed and the facia board and guttering all painted in black.
Full house painted inside.
All ready for the switch and lights to be changed and carpets to be layed!
