This deck was not installed correctly, and as a result, the small bit near the door had rotted and given way.

Rather than rip it all up, the customer was happy with a repair to the damaged wood.

After a number of years, the old deck boards had rotted and become a safety issue

Ripped them up and replaced with newly treated deck boards. The customer was happy to install a safety fence around the perimeter himself

Newly plastered ceiling were sealed and painted with a mould resistant paint

This room had a few slight issues.

Firstly it had chipboard covering all the walls so that was fun to remove.

Then the walls underneath were in a pretty bad state. The customer opted for me to do my best to fill and rectify as many surfaces as possible instead of them going for a total room replaster

I think the finished product came out pretty good
