Professional painting & decorating. 30+ years experience and city & guilds qualified ( not many of us about)
With so many people who claim to be fully qualified painters & decorators out there and having to put a fair few of their work right most are self proclaimed professionals. Some are doing a course of just a few days and calling themselves professionals. Always ask for proof of qualifications, nvq is a waste of paper ( city & guilds totally different qualification)

Happy Xmas and a happy new year to customers and followers old and new.
Last day tomorrow for myself and will be off till the 5th of January. Will still be running around doing any quotes needed so if you want any work quoted for please get in touch.
Have 3 weeks left in April but apart from that I’m fully booked till June.

Got 2 days come free next thursday 18th & Friday 19th, apart from that I’m booked until April, only putting this on my page and not sharing as fairly happy to break up for Xmas then 2 days early but if one of my followers would like something done at short notice I’m happy to come and quote.

Beautiful job recently completed in penarth, had a plain canvas and customer wanted cozy space instead of plain white. All professional products used and methods used including correct primers where needed.
Very few professionals in the vale unfortunately just a lot of people calling themselfs one in their social media. Professionals have a recognised qualification to back that up, always ask for proof of city & guilds to make sure you get a professional.
Now taking bookings from early March at the moment. Get in touch if you want your home looking the best it could be.

Always a treat working on this property in rhoose, lovely return customers. Showing signs of being a little weathered so a few coats and a little preparation and is as good as new.
I have a little free space in December at the moment for internals and taking bookings for externals for next spring.
35 years experience, city & guilds qualified. Unfortunately lots and lots unqualified labour out there who claim to be fully qualified who aren’t. Always ask for proof as if they are like myself they would have no problem showing you.

Such a shame people are getting cheated by people who call themselves professional painters & decorators in the area. Had to put another 1 right in rhoose. Lack of filling and rubbing down, basic stuff even for a first year apprentice. Always ask for proof of city & guilds.
I’m now taking bookings for middle of October and fully booked up to that point.

Haven’t posted for quite some time due to being very busy, unfortunately putting dodgy painters work right last week in rhoose. This was a lovely job for a lovely family at Barry island. H,s,l was just preparing walls and giving 2 coats dulux trade vinyl Matt. The nursery was the same but also fitted wardrobe doors painted in zinsser allcoat in white.
It’s very frustrating having to put another dodgy painters work right so I’m going to give the community of Barry some advice when it comes to painting and finding a professional. Lots and lots advertise on social media but very few are professionals. Ask for city and guilds proof, it’s the only way to guarantee a top painter & decorator. Some say fully qualified but unfortunately some can say this as you can do an nvq online in a month, no practical work at all. Most have nothing but my advice is only accept city & guilds and ask for proof.
