Completion of Moulton’s Development

We’re pleased to showcase the completion of Moulton’s Development - an exclusive private dwelling set within a stunning countryside location, enjoying far-reaching views and a tranquil setting.

The site is framed by woodland to the rear, adjoins neighbouring residential properties, and benefits from a unique end-plot overlooking open countryside.

This project saw the replacement of a dilapidated bungalow, with VARCO leading the scheme from the ground up. Our involvement spanned initial concept design, planning consultancy, and full technical design delivery.

We’re extremely proud of the end result, which has transformed the site into a high-quality contemporary home - now available on the market.

Designed by VARCO, and expertly delivered by Chris Hill, whose self-build ex*****on has been exceptional.

Exciting renovation project due for planning submission shortly!

This property, set in the beauty of Barry, has gardens situated at lower terrain to the dwelling level. Our client is seeking a modern extension with significant internal alterations to create open-plan living for their household. After recording the design brief, producing various design concepts and ironing out the finer details- we are pleased to reveal the completed scheme which is due to enter the planning system shortly!
