Safe or unsafe? I think we all know the answer!

Believe it or not thats the boilers flue under all that tape.

I was at this property to fit a tap, when I then ran the hot water the boiler sounded very wrong!

On doing basic visual checks I found the builders had tapped over the flue for rendering the house.

The tape was removed and further safety checks carried out on the boiler to make sure all was in safe working order.

Never ceases to amaze me what you find out there.

Now that spring has sprung I’m taking a much needed week off with the boys 🩵🩵
