🔥☀️ What a scorcher of a day today! ☀️🔥

We thought a bit of gardening in this heat would be a good idea… 🤦‍♂️😂

Today we completed 2 jobs:

📍 Southend – A garden we maintain several times throughout the year. We must be doing something right because the customer keeps having us back! 😊 We always appreciate the continued support and trust.

📍 Westcliff – We were contacted by a customer’s son who was in desperate need of getting his mum’s garden back under control. As you’ll see from the photos, it had turned into a bit of a jungle! 🌿🌳

We managed to complete half of the work today, and the customer was absolutely delighted with the transformation so far. In fact, they’ve already booked us in for the next stage of the project, which will involve removing 3 large trees and reducing a 4th. 💪🌲

The team worked hard in the heat and still managed to get home by 2pm to enjoy the rest of the sunshine. 😎☀️

At McGrans Landscape & Gardening, we are proud to be supporting The Hive in Basildon with their fantastic community garden project.

The Hive is a truly special place where everyone is welcome. Whether you’re looking for friendship, support, a listening ear, encouragement, or simply somewhere to belong, you’ll always find a warm welcome. Hospitality, kindness, care, and community are at the heart of everything they do.

They are working hard to create a beautiful community garden space that everyone can enjoy, and on 4th July they will be proudly presenting the garden to the local community at their Garden Open Day & Fun Day.

🏡🔨 Another job completed in Brentwood for a returning customer!

Having previously carried out work for this customer, she got back in touch and asked us to come back for a larger project at the front of her property — and we’re pleased to have delivered once again.

This time, we removed the old rotten picket fence and replaced it with a brand-new heavy-duty concrete fencing system, providing a much stronger, longer-lasting boundary.

✅ Removed the old timber picket fence
✅ Installed new heavy-duty concrete posts and gravel boards
✅ Fitted new fence panels for a durable and secure finish

Today we transformed part of this garden into a safe, child-friendly play area for the family to enjoy.

✅ Installed a picket fence and gate to create a secure play space

Yesterday’s job in Brentwood ☀️🥵

The lads were out in the heat removing an old rotten shed and replacing a fence that was completely covered in ivy. Safe to say it was hard work in those temperatures!

Big thanks to the customer for keeping the team hydrated all day — it was definitely needed 🍻💧

Customer was absolutely over the moon with the finished job and even said he’ll be leaving us a 5⭐ review. Not sure how the lads completed it in that heat, but they smashed it. Well done boys 👏💪

Had a Team out in Gravesend today working hard in this heat 🥵♨️ and what a transformation they pulled off 👏

We supplied and fitted 6 bays of heavy-duty fencing using concrete posts, concrete gravel boards and closeboard panels — built to last and leaving the customer with a strong, tidy and secure boundary 👍

Another very happy customer for the books 🙌
