Another quality patio completed in Fleet.

We started by uplifting the existing slabs, removing all old materials and preparing the area properly for the new installation.

The area was then prepared using the correct membrane and a solid MOT Type 1 sub-base (scalpings) to ensure a strong, stable, and long-lasting foundation.

We then installed new 900x600 porcelain slabs, creating a modern, high-end finish. The patio was completed with new granite set edging, giving it a clean and defined look.

The finished result is a durable, low-maintenance outdoor space that looks great and will last for years to come πŸ‘Œ

A huge transformation just completed by the team in Fleet, completely changing the look and usability of this outdoor space.

We started by uplifting the existing slabs and carrying out a full garden dig-out, removing all old materials and preparing the area from scratch. The groundwork was then carefully prepped and levelled to ensure a solid and long-lasting finish throughout.

The project included:
β€’ Installation of 1,200 x 600 marble-effect porcelain paving, giving a modern, high-end look
β€’ Granite set edging stones installed around the patio perimeter for a clean, defined finish
β€’ Full preparation and installation of 40mm artificial grass, creating a low-maintenance, all-year-round usable lawn

Full Re-Roof Completed in Whitchurch πŸ‘πŸ”¨

Another major roofing project successfully completed in Whitchurch.

We carried out a full re-roof, starting with stripping back the existing roof and installing new breathable felt and treated battens to create a strong, weatherproof base.

The existing tiles were carefully reused and refitted, with any damaged tiles replaced where needed to maintain the integrity of the roof.

As part of the upgrade, we installed a new dry ridge system and dry verge caps, providing a modern, maintenance-free solution that improves durability and protects against wind and water ingress.

The job also included:
β€’ Removal and safe reinstallation of solar panels
β€’ Installation of new fascia and soffits
β€’ Installation of new gutters and downpipes

All works were completed to a high standard, with the site left clean and tidy and all waste removed.

This project involved a full artificial grass installation along with a rebuild of a koi carp pond, as the existing structure had failed due to a lack of proper foundations.

We removed the old, failing pond and rebuilt it properly with the correct base and structure to ensure it is now strong, secure, and built to last. The new artificial grass has completely transformed the garden, creating a clean, low-maintenance, and usable space all year round.
