This little cottage kitchen proves that size really isn’t everything!

Working within a very small footprint, the aim was to use every bit of space without losing the charm of the original cottage. Clever layout choices, plenty of storage, and a calm, timeless finish mean the kitchen now works hard while still feeling light and characterful.

Shaker cabinetry, solid wood worktops, and thoughtful detailing all help make this compact space practical, warm, and easy to live with.

A great example of how good design can completely transform even the smallest rooms.

It’s been a mad month or so, with the AIB team running 6 plus different project at once, while handling holiday, but we’re nearly back to a full team of 15 with just 2 of the team away for their week off.

Big shout out to Callum and Gareth for their “off the tools” roles, and the rest of the team for making the magic happen on site.

Here’s another recently completed groundfloor renovation. AIB covering the full works from concept to completion.

This project in Hartley Wintney included walls coming down, steels going in, electrical and plumbing works, plastering and flooring, Howdens kitchen install and decorating to finish. The full AIB package (all trades under one roof) was applied here, meaning no delay, no let-downs or no shows, just another seamless project start to finish and very happy customers at the end.

A few photos taken at the end of James and Nicola’s ground floor transformation.

After renovating both their bathroom and ensuite previously, James & Nicola invited us back, this time for a full ground floor makeover including new kitchen, utility room, dining space, and a welcoming entrance hall. 💫

Massive shoutout to our amazing team who brought this vision to life from start to finish:
