This client noticed their roof had slipped and was hanging on the guttering.

After trying to contact their original contractors with no luck, they contacted us to have the job done right.

Once LD Scaffolding LTD errected a safe working platform, we got to work stripping back the roof and doing it the right way with the correct undercloak so the tiles could sit on the battens to prevent movement in future.

Leaky garage roof ?

This client’s roof was letting in water on every seam.

We got SafeZone Asbestos Solutions Ltd to safely dispose of the existing roof.

Then we fitted the new galvanised metal roof sheets with an anti condensation felt on the underside to make sure their garage is water tight once again.

This client’s children had outgrown the old family bathroom and no longer required a bath.

We shuffled the room around and moved the doorway over to accomodate a walk in shower.

We tiled the floor and shower enclosure whilst also fitting a new toilet, electric towel rail and a very nice sink vanity unit accompanied with a heated mirrored cabinet.

This client wanted to re-new their existing utility room to customise it to their requirements.

Once the old one had been ripped out we had the green light 🚦. We adjusted all the pipework for the new positions of the white goods including fitting an external hot tap as requested and plastered the walls.

Additionally we laid new lvt laminate flooring supplied from (Trade Flooring Warehouse) then we installed the units, white goods, a new sparkly worktop with an aluminium sink, retractable hose tap and a new pvc window board for minimal maintenance.

Ever played sofa tetris?

This client had recently purchased a new property but couldn’t accomodate their large L shaped sofa.

They contacted us requiring a new doorway to be made for the planned layout of their new front room.

We installed a concrete lintel for structural support, cut open a new doorway, fitted a new door frame, plastered it all back in and then finished it with new matching architrave.

Do you have dated walls and ceilings and fancy having them changed ?

This client had enough after 50+ years of looking at the same walls and ceilings. They decided enough was enough.

We over boarded the ceilings, scraped off all the rough peeling sandtex painted walls then prepped and plastered everything leaving them with a smooth and modern finish.

Here we have a lovely set of white bifold doors we fitted which help divide the conservatory and house when needed.

We removed the old french doors and glass panel ready to fit the white slim line framed Origin bifold doors supplied by PlastixPlus.

The doors were then fitted, trimmed and finished leaving a perfect open plan downstairs whilst also having the option to be seperated for peace and quiet.
