BSS Property Services I retired from the Police at the end of March 2012 and went self employed working as BSS Property Services.

Having done so much DIY for the last 30+ years, I am now doing DIY for other people! Home improvements and repairs, transport/deliveries in the Bath area - (If anyone further afield wants any work done and has a spare bedroom, rates could be negotiated!!)

Identified left hand drain as the potential source, guessing that an underground pipe had cracked.
Was delighted to find the offending pipe so quickly but discovered the pipe from the other drain was also broken.

Unable to buy section of skirting ‘off the shelf’ and to get 4m manufactured being excessively expensive, I was able to closely match the original by adapting two different profiles of architrave and joining them to a strip of MDF.
