We are pleased to have submitted an Outline Planning Application for a new residential development in Buckinghamshire 🏡

Working with Edward Ware Homes and the wider consultant team, the proposals have been shaped around a landscape-led approach, responding to the character of the village while adding much-needed new homes to the local area 🌳

We're pleased to share that planning permission has been granted for the conversion and extension of an existing commercial building on Two Mile Hill Road, Bristol, to create new homes 🎉

The approved scheme will deliver six homes through the careful reuse of the existing building, helping to regenerate a prominent corner site while respecting the character of the surrounding area and existing building materials 🏡

Engagement with Bristol City Council and a collaborative design process resulted in approval without any pre-commencement conditions, providing a clear route into the technical design stage 🔨

We’re pleased to announce that the planning application for our co-living scheme in Bristol has now been submitted, following an earlier pre-application and public consultation 🖋

The design features 43 coliving studios, complemented by large communal facilities, including shared kitchens, co-working spaces, and a landscaped roof terrace. Located minutes from Temple Meads and Old Market, the project supports professionals living in a sustainable location within the city 🏡

We’ve received Reserved Matters approval for 21 affordable homes at Locking Parklands; completing the pair of applications that together bring forward 30 new homes as part of the Homes England-led masterplan 🏡

Working with Curo, we are now focused on the technical delivery of both parcels 🔨
