Planning approved at Peckham High Street 🎉

A complex conservation area site reworked to deliver seven new homes and active ground-floor use, providing much-needed infill housing within a sensitive historic context 🏡

We are delighted to have secured planning permission for Rose Farm, in Somerset🌳

The proposal replaces former farm buildings with two new large Paragraph 84 homes, shaped around landscape, ponds, and shared outdoor spaces 🌻

We are excited to continue developing the technical design, ready for construction 🔨👷‍♀️

Planning Submitted!

We’re pleased to announce that the planning application for our co-living scheme in Bristol has now been submitted, following an earlier pre-application and public consultation 🖋

The design features 43 coliving studios, complemented by large communal facilities, including shared kitchens, co-working spaces, and a landscaped roof terrace. Located minutes from Temple Meads and Old Market, the project supports professionals living in a sustainable location within the city 🏡

Planning Granted!

We’ve received Reserved Matters approval for 21 affordable homes at Locking Parklands; completing the pair of applications that together bring forward 30 new homes as part of the Homes England-led masterplan 🏡

Working with Curo, we are now focused on the technical delivery of both parcels 🔨

Planning Application Submitted!

Following a positive pre-application process, we’ve now submitted a full planning application for a regenerative project that will deliver two low-energy homes in place of redundant farm structures🏡

Rooted in ecological restoration, the scheme proposes a site-wide strategy of biodiversity enhancement, including:
New wildlife habitats 🦇
Native tree planting & orchard 🌳
Reinstated ponds & rain gardens💧
Species-rich grassland 🌱
Ground source heat & solar PV 🌞

The architecture responds to the rural character and memory of the original farm buildings, with the new homes arranged around a softened courtyard and framed by productive landscape 🌳🦇
