Your Local Handyman The first thing anyone wants to know is "How much will this cost me?" well until I see the job I cant be 100% sure. If I can save you money I will.

Free estimates*Initial £35 first hour then £25 per hour plumbing and electrical work charged at £60 (9am-5pm)*For emergency call outs after 5pm is £45 per hour.with a call outcharge of £90 all work is covered with full liability insurance *Plumbing - radiators, heated towel rails, guttering, blocked sinks/toilets, bathroom upgrades, appliance installation, leaks & repairs.
*Tiling - wall and floo

*Joinery - Decking, Laminate floors. Flat pack furniture building etc.
*Gardening - Fencing, grass cutting, weeding, planting,
*Telephone extensions & TV point relocation

I originally started my career as a plumber but after 30 years experience in the construction trade I can now do more jobs than I can list here, but whatever the job you have I'm sure I can help. But to convince you I am the right man for the job all you need to know is;

1)Free estimates / quotes
2)I charge £35 for the first hour and £25 per hour thereafter between 9am-6pm. or fixed price quotes for larger projects (your choice)
3)For emergency call outs after 6pm I charge an initial £90 then £45 per hour.
4)Full Public Liability Insurance

I rely on customers coming back with more business so you can be sure you will receive value for money and honesty. TIPS ON CUTTING COSTS
Prices do not include materials. We can provide materials but you will be charged for the materials and the time it takes to get the materials - you can save on labour costs by purchasing materials yourself. Prepare my work space in advance, move any objects/furniture that may hinder work or access. Locate stop valves for water/fuse box or main electricity switch etc. Provide optimum parking space, for fastest unloading etc. Describe the work as thoroughly as possible (to ensure the correct tools are brought) and provide any materials agreed on, before work commences. I tidy the work area on completion by default. I am happy to leave this on request to reduce costs.
