The initial phone call for this one almost had my jaw drop with what they had been quoted given the size of the apartment. Nearly Β£100 with a property under 300 sqft.

After I had charged Β£99 I felt alot better about helping out.

I joke of course. The appointment lasted no more than 30 minutes and I was able to reflect it in the price paid for my time.

This report was carried out on behalf of another Estate Agent. Relationships are essential, and this Agent trusted me to visit the property and knew that I would be professional and not pitch my services whilst I was in their home.

Having that trust from someone who is supposed to be a rival is not something I take for granted. Getting out of the competitive agents who hate other agents is one of the best things I have ever done.
