Site works are progressing well on phase 1 of the Bellway Whitehouse Park project, Milton Keynes!

Coloini + Lane Architecture are delighted to be working with the team at Bellway Homes to deliver the Whitehouse Park development, with phase 1 delivering 175 residential units with a mix of 24 apartments and 151 houses.

The project forms part of the wider development which will deliver 594 residential units, providing a mix of 144 apartments and 450 houses.

Fantastic effort by all involved and a special mention to the Coloini + Lane Architecture team Gareth Owen and Bartosz Boczej, well done all!!

| COMMERCIAL | UNIT 5, TIMBER YARD |

It has been fantastic to work on this stunning commercial space in Birmingham’s Southside district! We can’t wait to see the construction work progress on Commercial Unit 5, located within the recently completed Timber Yard development.

Coloini + Lane Architecture were appointed in 2022 to design the fit out works which will deliver an original concept supermarket with an Asian influence, café and co-working office space.

The proposals will provide a high end space with natural aesthetics, distinctive from the competition and appealing to the diverse local population of Southside, Birmingham.

Great team effort by all, including another impressive interior design by CADA Design , structural design by Jengo Design and Mechanical & Electrical by Summit Electrical.

Looking forward to seeing this one when it’s complete!

It was great to be on site with project lead Tanya Day earlier this week and see site works progressing well on the Westwood Park development!

We are delighted to once again be working with the fantastic team at Crest Nicholson to deliver the Westwood Park development, with Phase 1 delivering 129 new dwellings with a mix of 2-5 bed luxury homes and 1 bed flats.

Set in the heart of England in the beautiful and historic county of the West Midlands, the development utilises contemporary designs and construction techniques with sustainable state-of-the-art technology, resulting in an eye-catching and aesthetically pleasing mix of houses with the benefit of great travel connections and local amenities.

Following the successful completion of phases 1 & 2, we are delighted to confirm that Coloini + Lane Architecture have been appointed on behalf of Bellway to produce the technical design for phase 3 of the Bellway Whitehouse park development. Phase 1, 2 & 3 combined will deliver 594 residential units, providing a mix of 144 apartments and 450 houses.

The Bellway Whitehouse Park development is located on the outskirts of Milton Keynes, providing a collection of homes which offer spacious living that maximises comfort, convenience, and energy efficiency.

An extensive refurbishment project is underway at one of our projects in Bedford.

The scheme sees a total internal refurbishment of an existing bungalow, with a rear extension providing a large, open plan family kitchen dining space. The conversion of the loft space with the addition of a rear dormer provides 3no. additional double bedrooms and a family bathroom.

A great scheme that will utilise as well as maximise the existing building, providing a beautifully spacious family home.

| RESIDENTIAL | FAIRLANDS, COVENTRY |

Coloini + Lane Architecture are delighted to have achieved planning approval for adding a storey to this dwelling located in a conservation area and surrounded by mature trees protected by Tree Preservation Orders.

Following a delicate planning process that involved extensive liaison with multiple departments of the local authority that included the Urban Design team, Conservation Officer, Tree Officer and Ecology, planning permission was granted.

We successfully demonstrated that the proposal meets the principles contained within the design guide and the requirements set out by both local and national planning policy.

We produced photo-realistic visuals to compare the existing against the proposed, which included a wireframe overlay demonstrating the visual impact and proposed materials in order to mitigate and address any concerns that the consultees raised.

| RESIDENTIAL | POTTER'S GRANGE PHASE 2 |

At Coloini + Lane Architecture, we’re delighted to have been appointed on phase 2 of the Potter’s Grange development which will deliver 86 new dwellings, with a mix of 2-5 bed affordable and luxury homes.

Phase 1 was completed earlier this year, creating 71 new homes in the historic market town of Ashby-de-la-Zouch, set in the heart of The National Forest.

We’re thrilled to be working with the wonderful team at Crest Nicholson again and we look forward to seeing this project continue to progress on site.

Coloini + Lane Architecture are pleased to welcome the newest member of the team, Tanya Day, who joins us as an Architectural Technician.

Tanya is responsible for the technical design and detailing on our residential and commercial developments.

Whilst settling in as an integral part of our growing and talented Architectural team, Tanya is already busy working on the residential developments in both Sutton Coldfield and Warwick.

We can’t wait to share our progress with you!
