Recent Project Completed ✅

We recently completed an end-of-tenancy refurbishment, getting this property ready for its new tenants to move in.

The customer wanted a traditional rental-property finish, so we went with the classic combination of magnolia walls and white ceilings and woodwork for a clean, fresh, and welcoming look.

To provide extra durability in a high-traffic rental environment, we used silk paint, which offers a hard-wearing finish and is easier to maintain between tenancies.

The result is a bright, refreshed property that’s ready for its next occupants.

Another one completed ✅

What was meant to be a simple white wash turned into a full transformation — and we’re so glad the customer decided to add some colour to the walls because it really brought the space to life! 🎨

We also created a stunning feature wall using MDF planks, finished in a dark navy blue for that modern, stylish look.

As part of this project, we also completed all woodwork, including painting 5 doors 🚪

Overall, we were very happy with the finish, and most importantly, so was the customer 👌

Another project wrapped up — and this one took some serious prep work.

We stripped wallpaper throughout the entire property, sanded every wall back to bare plaster, and removed all adhesive residue. A few areas needed a complete skim to get them back to a smooth finish, and the kitchen ceiling had to be replaced due to significant water damage.

Once everything was properly prepped, we sealed the surfaces with Zinsser Gardz before applying three coats of white emulsion for a clean, durable finish.

All woodwork was also treated with a Zinsser stain block to prevent any yellowing from bleeding through, followed by two top coats for a crisp final look.

A lot of groundwork went into this one, but the end result speaks for itself.

We haven’t posted for a while as we’ve been very busy recently, but here’s one of our recent renovations.

This wasn’t just a simple paint-over — this was a full transformation.

✔ Wallpaper removed from 5 walls
✔ 3 damaged walls skimmed
✔ New herringbone flooring laid
✔ Stone-effect tiled feature wall installed
✔ Matching kitchen splashback completed
✔ Full decorating and painting throughout

For the finishing colour, the customer chose Goose Feather by Valspar— a great choice that brought the whole space together.

Really pleased with how this one turned out.

This was far more than a standard painting job — a carefully executed refurbishment finished to a high professional standard.

Works completed:
• Full refurbishment of four upstairs bedrooms and the living room
• Existing carpet carefully lifted in the living room
• Carpet re-laid in two upstairs bedrooms
• New laminate flooring supplied and expertly fitted in the living room

Bedrooms 1–4:
• Complete removal of existing wallpaper
• Meticulous filling and preparation of all wall surfaces
• Walls sealed using Zinsser Gardz to ensure long-term durability
• Finished with two coats of Dulux Diamond Matt in Summer Linen

Woodwork throughout:
• All doors, skirting boards, and window sills fully prepared
• Primed with Zinsser BIN
• Finished with Dulux Diamond Satinwood in Pure Brilliant White

✨ Another Hall, Stairs & Landing Completed in Bromham, Bedfordshire! ✨

We’ve just finished a full refresh on this lovely property:

• Bottom half of the hall and stairs landing painted in Village Maize by Dulux
• Top half finished in white vinyl matt
• Ceiling coated in super matt white
• Woodwork makeover (six doors, banister and skirting boards) in Dulux Diamond Satinwood, Pure Brilliant White

One of the biggest transformations was the banister — changed from dark oak to a bright, modern white, which really lifted the whole space.

Another clean and fresh finish completed.
