A nice new round top fence installed to replace the old panels.
We aren’t a big fan of panels normally because there is no air flow and the wind catches them like a kite but it doesn’t help when someone previously tried to replace some of the posts and they were barely a foot into the ground 🫣
This customer wanted a change anyway and was happy with the outcome 😊👌🏻
That’s one more off the list 🥵

One of the not so pleasant jobs. Toilet had come loose from the wall and floor. Pan connector came loose so every time the toilet was flushed it leaked onto the floor. 🫣 We got the toilet secured and the connector fitted again so no more nasty leaks 👌🏻

ps we did replace the lower level corner angle as well but after the pictures 😔😊👌🏻

Here we had a broken shower riser rail to replace then off to fit a new shower screen. More happy customers 😊

This one was a challenge. One of the worst properties we have done yet. A lot of time, blood sweat and lots of my tears getting this ready and overcoming the challenges we encountered along the way. I love seeing the difference we can make though but I was glad to hand the keys over to this now lovely rental property. 👌🏻🥵👍🏻

Hedges, trees, flower beds and edgings all removed for this major garden tidy up.
Lawn was built up and reseeded where flower beds were taken away. New fence, stones, small patio area and step. Pictures don’t do justice to the amount of work went into getting this prepared. Turned out lovely though and a fair difference 👌🏻 I think we went a bit better than what this customer had originally expected 😊
