⭐️Project Completed: Fitzrovia, London

Trainor Stone & Tile is proud to support on its latest space at 2 Fitzroy Place with our specialist stone & tiling works.

📌 Scope of works included:
▫️ Wall tiling to splashbacks, joinery & WC areas
▫️ Honing & anti-slip treatment to existing stone floors (achieving PTV36+)
▫️ Alterations to flooring to integrate entrance matting strips
▫️ Installation of 1200x600mm floor tiles

Delighted to have been involved in the fitout of new offices in Paddington in the old Whitfield Studios plot which formally homes the likes of Madonna and The Rolling Stones.

These works for our valued client enhanced our close relationship with the site team which goes back over 10 years.

Works on 353 apartments completed in 24 weeks including waterproofing and splash backs. 🔨👷👷‍♀️

⭐️ Project Completion ⭐️

Excited to announce the completion of our latest project for at 8 Bishopsgate!

We worked across levels 22-25, covering over 60,000 sq. ft. Highlights include two new staircases spanning multiple floors, featuring volcanic stone by , and stunning porcelain tiling in the reception and work areas.

Huge thanks to our amazing project team—Luis, Michael, Loren, Andrew—and all the fixers and suppliers for their hard work and dedication!

Works consisted of to lift lobbies and WC walls & floors which included tiling to showers and accessible wc 🚿🚽🚰

The project was spilt onto 2 phases and expertly managed by Andrei Levitchi handing over defect free 👷‍♂️👷.
