Terms and conditions;

Materials: Payment for paint, materials and sundries due at the beginning of contracted works. Any extra materials used thereafter due upon completion of contracted works. Labour: Payment for Labour due upon completion of contracted works unless otherwise agreed by both parties. Rates: Hourly rate TBD based upon work criteria. Work Specifications: A detailed summary of work

s including all necessary works to be undertaken to be completed and agreed by both parties prior to work commencing. Any work not included in the original Work Specification will incur additional charges. A new Work Specification may need to be drawn out and agreed by both parties where necessary. Guarantee of works: Guarantee of works can only be given when using Trade paint supplied by ourselves. No guarantee of works can be given for none Trade paints ie retail paint off the shelf from a general public retail store as no dispute resolution can be made from a general public retail outlet. Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of £40.00 will be enforced for late cancellations that are not 3 days in advance from the date of the booking agreed by both parties. Late Payment Fee: Any overdue payments exceeding 5 days post completion of works will incur a 5% per day interest fee.
