A major events supplier in Northern Ireland has acquired an equipment company here for an undisclosed sum.

North Down Marquees, which is part of a business based in the Republic, has bought Table 10.

The business said the acquisition of the Donaghadee firm would strengthen its presence in the events and hospitality market.
