Check out this kitchen! It got everything, floor chipped back then self levelled. Lvt flooring fitted with new white units and doors with butcher block laminate worktops. New under cabinet lights glass splash back and glass hood. Finished off with pvc tiles on the walls. Details in comments.

Here’s a bathroom which was getting ripped out and replaced. The customer had lino flooring on top of tiles but as you can see urine has got under it, and you would never know unless you lifted it.

I know it sames like a great idea but now the subfloor is needing to be replaced with it been sitting in there for years. It’s not a massive job to fit an lvt floor which is waterproof and would have stopped this happening.

Here’s a roof built over a pond to stop w**d growth in the water, and makes it easier to see the fish in the shade. Also looks really well and tried in with the garden nicely.

These would make a grear garden space to sit and chill out of the scorching sun and enjoy a bbq. Even a fire pit as the night starts to cool off.
